Welcome to Best Fertility Massage, a specialized fertility and therapeutic massage practice dedicated to supporting women and couples throughout the preconception and reproductive journey.
We specialize in Maya-style abdominal and pelvic massage, fertility-focused bodywork, and medical massage techniques designed to support reproductive wellness before natural conception and during preparation for assisted reproductive treatments such as IVF, IUI, egg retrieval, and Embryo Transfer.
Our specialized abdominal and pelvic bodywork is designed to support healthy reproductive function by promoting pelvic and abdominal circulation, soft-tissue mobility, muscular and fascial balance, relaxation, and healthy communication between the nervous, endocrine, and reproductive systems.
Sessions may focus on the abdomen, pelvis, hips, lower back, and surrounding soft tissues, including the areas surrounding the uterus, ovaries, and reproductive structures. Our goal is to help reduce physical tension and restrictions, encourage healthy tissue mobility, and support a more favorable physical environment during preconception preparation.
We combine traditional hands-on approaches with individualized therapeutic massage techniques according to each client’s needs. When appropriate, sessions may also incorporate supportive modalities such as manual lymphatic techniques, castor oil applications, essential oils, and Near-Infrared Light Therapy.
Our care is not limited to women. We also work with men as part of preconception preparation, recognizing that reproductive wellness involves both partners.
In addition, we welcome women who are preparing for another fertility treatment cycle after an unsuccessful attempt and would like to take intentional time to support their bodies before beginning again.

Located in the heart of Northwest Houston, near Oak Forest, Mangum Manor, and Langwood, our studio offers more than just massage; we offer a sanctuary. Founded in 2010 by fertility massage specialists David J. Ortiz and Loida L. Ortiz, our mission is to provide a nurturing space where hope and healing meet.
We specialize in reproductive wellness and restorative therapies for both men and women, blending ancient wisdom with modern techniques to optimize your fertility journey. David Ortiz is a Texas Licensed Massage Therapist and Licensed Massage Therapy Instructor with more than 15 years of professional experience in therapeutic massage and bodywork. A U.S. Army veteran who served as a medic, David brings a professional background rooted in service, discipline, and compassionate care, along with a unique understanding of the human body, physical recovery, and individualized support.
His advanced areas of practice include medical massage techniques, orthopedic massage, functional pelvic and abdominal massage, manual lymphatic massage, pregnancy massage, postpartum massage, therapeutic light therapy, and specialized bodywork approaches designed to support women and men throughout the preconception and reproductive journey.
David works with clients preparing for natural conception, IVF, IUI, egg retrieval, sperm collection or retrieval, and embryo transfer, using massage and supportive bodywork techniques tailored to the individual and the stage of care. His work is intended to help promote relaxation, muscular balance, circulation, lymphatic flow, pelvic and abdominal comfort, mobility, and overall physical well-being before and between reproductive procedures, when appropriate.
He also provides supportive massage during pregnancy and the postpartum period, with sessions adapted to the physical changes and recovery needs associated with each stage.
David’s approach combines skilled therapeutic touch with careful attention to each client’s individual needs. His sessions are thoughtfully designed to complement a client’s broader wellness or fertility care plan while remaining within the professional scope of massage therapy.

Loida Leah Ortiz is a Texas Licensed Massage Therapist and Licensed Massage Therapy Instructor with more than 15 years of professional experience in therapeutic massage and bodywork, her knowledge came thru many years of experience supporting women through preconception and reproductive wellness using traditional, ancestral Maya-inspired approaches to abdominal and pelvic care.
Her work brings together time-honored traditional bodywork principles with advanced therapeutic massage techniques, offering individualized care for women and men throughout different stages of the reproductive journey.
Her advanced areas of practice include medical massage techniques, orthopedic massage, functional pelvic and abdominal massage, manual lymphatic massage, postpartum massage, reflexology therapy, therapeutic light therapy, and specialized fertility-focused bodywork.
With particular experience in preconception and reproductive wellness, Leah provides supportive bodywork for individuals and couples preparing for natural conception as well as assisted reproductive care, including IUI, IVF, egg retrieval, sperm collection or retrieval, and embryo transfer preparation.
Her sessions may incorporate techniques intended to support pelvic and abdominal comfort, muscular balance, mobility, circulation, lymphatic flow, relaxation, stress reduction, and overall physical well-being, with each session thoughtfully adapted to the client’s individual needs and stage of care.
Leah also provides postpartum bodywork, with sessions tailored to support comfort, mobility, lymphatic flow, relaxation, and overall physical recovery following childbirth.
A defining element of her practice is her respect for traditional Maya-inspired abdominal and pelvic bodywork, knowledge that has influenced her approach to women’s wellness and preconception care for more than three decades. She combines this traditional foundation with contemporary massage therapy methods to provide a thoughtful, personalized, and professionally grounded approach to care.
